Crumbl Foods Ordering, Returns & Shipping Policy

Crumbl Foods is committed to procuring the highest-quality ingredients at the best price while ensuring reliable supply.

These policies are designed to increase warehouse efficiency, lower shipping and fulfillment costs, and ensure stores receive the products they need to succeed.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible returns within 30 days include warehouse mis-picks, damaged items, and spoiled items only. Submit a Support Ticket via the Crew App with order number and photos.

Technology returns are reviewed case-by-case and must be requested within 30 days. Apple products, phones, and Wi-Fi Stripe readers are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued only when damage is reported within 2 business days of delivery.

Order Modification Policy

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please verify quantities, addresses, payment method, and shipping selection before submitting.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Standard fulfillment is 2 business days (up to 3–4 during peak volume). Expedited order cutoff is 12 PM ET / 9 AM PT.

Box orders are fulfilled by R.R. Donnelley and generally ship within 2 business days. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed.

Receiving Best Practices

Train 2–3 trusted employees to receive deliveries, inspect for damage, verify items against invoices, and unpack all items before submitting support tickets.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at UT and OH warehouses. Orders placed before 12 PM ET are generally ready the next business day. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled and refunded.
